About Apex
At Apex Performance Institute, we redefine physical therapy and sports performance. We provide unparalleled one-on-one care tailored to meet your unique needs. With advanced clinical expertise and a results-driven approach, we go beyond symptom management to identify and correct the root cause of pain and dysfunction. Whether you're recovering from injury or striving for peak performance, we work alongside you to help you move better, recover faster, and perform at your best.
How We're Different
Personalized, Expert CarE
Traditional physical therapy clinics rely on high patient volumes, generic treatment protocols, and multiple clients per session. We take a different approach. At Apex, every appointment is one-on-one with a highly trained specialist, ensuring you receive undivided attention and a plan tailored specifically to your needs. You will never be delegated to an assistant or technician, and you won't see someone new every other session. Our expert clinicians are the only clinicians in the area who are residency-trained and hold dual board certifications in sports and orthopedics. We provide elite-level care designed for athletes and active individuals who demand the best.

Beyond Rehabilitation
We don’t just get you back to baseline—we take you beyond. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or striving for peak performance, we integrate advanced performance-based strategies to help you not only heal but also excel. Our goal is to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and high-level performance so you can return to your sport or activity stronger, more resilient, and with the tools to prevent future injuries.
Educators at Heart—Empowering You for the Long Run
Knowledge is power, and we believe in equipping every individual with the tools to stay healthy and perform at their best. Both of our clinicians teach in Doctor of Physical Therapy programs and are actively involved in athletic research. Needless to say, we love to teach and learn. We take the time to teach you about movement, injury prevention, and performance optimization so you can take control of your health. By understanding your body and how to train properly, you’ll build a foundation for long-term success—whether on the field, in the gym, or in daily life.
